Materials: Colorful papers, projector,computer,speakers

Objectives:

At the end of the lesson:

• students will be able to recognize the fruits*(apple, banana,melon,strawberry,cherry, orange)
• students will be able to recall the fruits (apple, banana,melon,strawberry,cherry, orange)

Warm Up

Teacher asks , what do we eat when we get sick, students answer vegetables and fruits . teacher says , today we will learn fruits .

Teaching

Teacher sticks the colorful papers on the board. Then teacher says each fruit’s name and gets the students repeat a few times all together. After that teacher gets the students repeats the fruits one by one. Teacher listens carefully to their pronunciations.

We played this song 3 times they were watching like this

after 3 times of playing we started singing the song together. ıt was really fun. With this song, they have learned how to pronounce the target vocabulary very well. Totally we played the song 6 times.

Activity2 (game)

Teacher sticks the pictures of the fruits on the ground in a circle shape. Then students comes one by one into the circle. When a student stands in the circle teacher says "Jump to banana". Students jumps to banana and repeats the fruit's name. Then another student comes into the circle , student says "Jump to apple" and so on.

Closure

Teacher repeats the fruits one more time. Then he/she repeats them all together with the class. After that teacher says “See you next week” and finishes the class.
