scissor,colourful papers, box, charts,sticker,worksheet
Aim:Children will learn vocabulary of
winter clothes(coat, gloves, hat, scarf, boots, ear muffs,pullover.)
Warm Up
When the teacher comes to the classroom,
teacher starts with some sentences,
teacher asks questions ‘Good morning class, How are you today? How do you feel ?’ Then ,
teacher asks question related to topic( winter clothes) ‘The weather is so cold, right? Do you like
this weather? I like winter so much because I wear my warm clothes. Okay lets
learn the names of the winter clothes’’
Vocabulary
Teaching
Teacher decides to teach at
least seven vocabularies(coats, ear muffs, boots, gloves, pullover, scarf, hat)
firstly teacher shows pictures and say what is this? And gives them name of
winter clothes( for example, it is a coat, it is a scarf.) pastes the pictures
on the board and writes the name of
winter clothes, and then says again and again the names of the winter
clothes to practice(what is this? This
is a scarf.)
Activity
1: Matching activity
Objective:
At
the end of the lesson, students will be able to distinguish the name of
the winter clothes(coat, gloves, hat, scarf, boots, ear muffs,pullover.) and match the names according to clothes’
shapes.
In this activity, before teacher gives
the matching worksheet, teacher tells
What to do, How to do in this matching activity then teacher gives 5
minutes for this activity and then
teacher distrubutes worksheet to the students. After the activity is finished
by students, teacher and students check answers by saying correct answers.
Teacher writes correct answer on the board, teacher corrects false answer.
Activity
2: Art and craft
Objective:At
the end of the lesson, students will be able to comprehend names and shapes of
winter clothes(coat, gloves, hat, scarf, boots, ear muffs,pullover)
In this activity, teacher wants from
students to bring colourful papers,
sticker, scissors, colourful pens, then teacher gives instruction for this
activity What to do and How
to do (okay students firstly colour pictures and cut the pictures and
paste these pictures on this colourful papers and write their names, you have
10 minutes for this activity.

3: Games
Objective:At
the end of the lesson students will be able to internalize the names of the 7
winter clothes.( coat,
gloves, hat, scarf, boots, ear muffs,pullover)
In this activity, teacher gives instruction
(okay students, we will play a game,it is very funny .Firstly, I will divided
into groups (four groups consist of four
students and two groups consist of five students) each group choose one person
and then he or she comes to the board and we have a box there are sentences in box for every winter
clothes (I protect your hands from snow and ice. What am I ?, I start with the
letter ‘ S’ and I protect your neck from
snow. What am I? , I
protect your head from snow. What am I?, I start with the letter ‘P’ I keep you warm. What am I?, I start with
the letter ‘B’ and I protect your feet. What am I? I start with the
letter ‘E’ and I protect your ears. What
am I? I start with the letter ‘C’ and I
keep you warm on a cold day. What am I?) He or she chooses a paper and then he or she read the sentence
to group members and group members estimate the names of the winter
clothes and then we have chart on the board he or she takes the picture according to answer and paste the
picture on the chart(for example your answer is coat he or she takes the coat picture from table and paste it on
the chart according to name then if the
answer is true teacher gives to students a star and next groups come and do the
same thing.

4:Song
Objective:
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to use the name
of clothes (coat, gloves, hat, scarf, boots, ear muffs,pullover) by singing
song.
In this activity, teacher says” Let’s
sing a song. Firstly, I sing a song then we will sing a song all together then
teacher and students sing a song
three times.
Contingency
plan
Objective:
at the end of the lesson students will
be able to comprehend lyrics and fill in the blanks according to song.
In this activity, teacher says ‘I will
give you paper there is a writen form of song in this paper and there are a same gaps, students listen the
song and students will fill in the blanks and then teacher and students check
the answers.
